Where do people get these ideas? Diet doesn't make you taller. Exercize doesn't make you taller. It only makes your bones thicker, not longer. To stimulate growth of bone length, you should hang from a chin-up bar for several hours each week, even three or more hours each day. Michael Jordan, the famous basketball star, did this when he was in high school and he grew 3 inches in one year. When there is an abnormal gap between the bones causes by stretching, the bones will begin to grow faster to fill the gap.

But if your growth has stopped, it is too late to expect much increase. You'll just have to be stuck with the dreaded short man syndrome. Is there a short woman syndrome?

Anyhow, good luck because statistics have shown that taller people get higher paying jobs and have a better chance for promotions than shorter people.
