I tried the help and support in windows and did a network diagnostics. It said my computer failed in the Network Adapters in DNSServerSearchOrder. What does this mean and how can I fix this?

That shows that its just taking time...restart the IE or just wait...it depends on the internet speed as well

well, i know ,but am far far in africa ,something to do with the connection between your machines and the internet provider,
