I need to transfer a movie to my sister and I don't want to send it by regular mail I would like to transfer the file can u help me?

why don't you temporarily include those files in the shared folder on limewire. then inform your sister that you're online so she can download it.
when she's done, remove the files from the shared folder.

yah , there is an open source program called filezilla,its a FTP(file transfer protocol) ,windows client program.you have got to download it from opensource.org,free of charge.or if you have google open source CD ,2007,its there.
