In New York, Amsterdam Billiards and Slate are VERY popular. Amsterdam was ranked best in the country.
Up in Boston, you can go to Jillian's or Boston Billiards. Boston Billiards is less expensive and has a nice lounge-feel, but Jillian's is 3 floors, with bars, a bowling alley, TVs that take up the entire wall and I think a restaurant/dance club or something.
All in all, I would DEFINITELY check out each of these places if you're in the cities.
And if you're in the cities, look me up! I'm down for a game!

The Grand Hotel in Vegas would be one. Those hot chicks in their bikinis really brighten up the place just sitting around the pool. There was this one that made a dive off the board and when she came up with no top... never mind. I still get excited just thinking about her.
