One recipe has Calories: 120 and Total Fat: 6.3g per serving. Not as bad as I would have guessed, actually. Another recipe on the same website has 140 calories and 10.4 grams of fat per serving.

If it's made with regular cream cheese, it's pretty fattening. If it's made with neufchatel (a natural cream cheese alternative), it's slightly less fattening. If it's made with low fat or fat free cream cheese, it's not fattening at all, but you'll be eating a bunch of chemicals that you can't pronounce--stuff the manufacturers add to reduced fat or fat free products to make them taste semi-normal.

its a lot fattening, to prove it look on the back for the ingredients.
