don't be bloody stupid........... there are laws governing how people are allow to go from country to country, and those laws are there for reason, and the primary reason is National Security.
If you break a law....... whether speeding, parking where you shouldn't, enter another country without the proper paperwork (e.g. Passport, visa, etc), or beat the crap out of somebody, you are committing an illegal act.
Therefore the term is NOT racist, but DESCRIPTIVE of that persons status.

No it is not a racial term.
1. Illegal - forbidden by law or statute.
2. Alien - a resident born in or belonging to another country who has not acquired citizenship by naturalization
Clearly it doesn't state a particular country, therefore how many it be a racial term?

It's not a racial term at all - it is a legal one.
Arguments proposing that disregard of a country's laws should be overlooked on the grounds that the offender is not from that country are not only the best way to encourage such disregard but are also the biggest impediment imaginable to race relations in any society.

can't see the truth to what you think because this is the law until someone changes it . and what race is an illegal alien as I see it this is a fitting description of those who enter the country illegally that makes them aliens . what race is that ?if you like censure-ship so much ban yourself first! you should go to their countries some time and see how you are treated that should shock you back into normalcy

no, no, it is not. everyone always say
let me give you an example. they may use vocabulary as "*****"
the problem is that professional construction builder use color code for work. they never say "black" for example, PVC ***** Glue. it means PVC black rubber cement.
for example, it is how professional builder use code as vocabulary
green line = gas
copper line = water
white line = electric
