God is Spirit. Yes Jesus is a Jew, because He was born into a Jewish family. I will tell you something though that might help a little. Abraham was not a Jew. In fact there was no such people as Jews. But God called him (Abraham) to be a nation. Thus he became the first of the Jewish nation. God calls those things that aren't as though they are. God has always been, I know that is hard for anyone to see. But it is true.

What is the race God? Depends on the God in question. It would be a safe bet that the God of the Hebrews would be Hebrew.

Who created God? Where did God come from? Evolution. Gods evolved. Defining a God as being outside the space-time continuum defines them into non-existence. Obviously if they were not created, they had to evolved naturally.

Is there a God of Gods? Funny that you should ask that, there is actually one deity who has that title....
