Aha.. Yes this is for homework. I've already come up with one idea: 'The morality of the situation. Victor tried to "play god". I do not think what he did would be socially/morally acceptable; people would be outraged and shocked'.

Because the monster was - or rather, he perceived it as - a horrible thing. He didn't want anyone to know that it was his fault that the monster existed in the first place.

Frankenstein's monster only wanted his father's love.he was articulate,and strong, and good,until his mind got all warped from rejection, so his creator is the true monster,for creating this creature,like he is some God defying the laws of nature,which are laws for a reason, he did not consider the tragic consequences of his decision to make him and if he did his selfishness won, and last his emotional creulty drove poor frankie baby into becoming the gothic protagonist or to most antagonist antihero

Because people would stone him to death!. Nah... Just kiddin' because it was his Choice.. He thought People would judge him for what he Did/Made just like some people do in now-a-days... They dont tell things because they don't wanna be Judged!
