Probably best not to complain to council as if you make an official complaint when you sell your house (which might be quite soon if your missus finds out what you have done) you by law have tell the people looking at house, cant you just nip round and have word its much better than doing stuff behind people backs just go and tell them (nicely) if you have a problem. Oh and behave yourself!!! why was she at her mums what had you done?
