i want that i must just sit and listen to the long pdf files, like it is available in ms word 2003. is there a way?

I am not sure about MS Office 2003, but in Acrobat Reader itself, this facility is available. I am using Adobe Reader 7.0 and in that under the menu view, this option is available. If the original author has not disabled such functions, you should be able to use it.
