what is the language that only a few ppl know how to speak is what im asking?

I'm not sure how you would classify a language as old, all languages are the same age they just evolve at different rates.

For the rarest, try researching languages and dialects in obscure isolated areas in Africa

Oldest does not necessarily mean rarest, though. In Papua New Guinea, with a total of more than 700 spoken languages, some of them are only spoken by a few hundred people in isolated mountain valleys. Those languages are now dying out, with the advent of modern communications and Tok Pisin, Motu and English being the primary languages replacing other native tongues.

I am not sure but basque language in south west of France and north west of Spain seems a very old language

tamil is more than 200 years old,,,,,
I have read poems which are written 2000 years
They convey morals and wisdom
which you apply even now,,,, Stunning !@

Its also spoken in Singapore, Malesya and otehr Asian countries !
