It could be..
But Im betting that you just have that yucky stomach bug that's going around...
If you start noticing contractions, I would be timing them, and writing them down though.. just in case :)
Good Luck!!

Sounds more like a gasrointestinal upset caused by a virus or bad food. You can actually experience loose stools just before the onset of labor but it is not exactly like diarrhea - with diarrhea stools are really watery, bad smelling, come too often, and you might have sharp cramps. With my first pregnancy I had the first conraction about midnight. The second was around 3 o'clock at night accompanied by some amniotic fliud leakage. Throughout the night I had 3 loose stools but was not like diarrhea. No vomiting. If it's labor, contractions should start soon.

No I don't think it's sign of labor because I had similar problems.I wasn't vomiting but the diarrhea may be a sign that there is something going on with your gall bladder. Gall bladder problems are very common with pregnant women but usually...symptoms don't occur until after you give birth... usually

Congrats that you're at the finishing line & will be seeing your little one pretty soon! Diarrhea, nausea, indigestion, backaches, menstrual type cramps and increased pelvic pressure may all be possible signs of EARLY labour. When you feel nauseous, you may vomit a little or not at all.
However, if you have severe vomiting accompanied with or without diarrhea, it may be due to food poisoning. If that's the case, please see a doctor immediately and remember to keep yourself well hydrated.
Take care.
