Be blunt with her. Tell her to clean up her act or find a new boyfriend. If she has any respect for herself then she wouldn't be doing this, but if she has any respect for you and the relationship, she'll take the hint and either shape up or ship out.

Have you spoken to her about how much it upsets you? Is she at all embarrassed when people come over? Maybe you could leave it messy and invite some people over. If she starts to clean up say no what for it doesn't matter! Or let your friends see the mess and let her be embarrassed by the mess, be a real slob like her in the company of others. Start to leave your stuff where it is IN HER WAY, put your dirty towels on her side of the bed and say so? Leave pee on the toilet seat and say so? Leave the toilet dirty and when she says why didn't you flush say because the person after me can do it, I can't be bothered. Leave all your crap in her living space to give her a taste of what it actually feels like to you. But the truth is if you have explained how much it upsets you and she just doesn't care enough to try or understand you then seriously I would leave her because it won't get better. Being generally clean and taking care of your environment is not asking for a lot, it's called life! You just get off your *** and do it! You will just be forever stressed.

One of my daughters lives like that and her boyfriend hates it too maybe you could try a trade off what does she appreciate about you? Tell her your not going to play the game if shes not and see if it helps even my 3 year old gran daughter is beginning to say stuff like oh nanny look at this mess but the baby cant fix it The only time she tidies up is if he helps her but she has always kept her room like a sloth.(I hated it) They argue all the time about it. Good luck

One more here advising you to move on. She is a lost cause. DO NOT waste your life trying to either change her or live in a way that bugs you constantly. Get out as soon as possible.

It sounds like that is just the way she is. I would soon get sick of it too. Put her dirty dishes in her clothes drawers before you take your suitcases out the door and move on. If you can't live with it then don't. You have to make that choice.

Buy her some housekeeping magazines and see if she gets the hint. If not, speak directly to her to keep the place tidy.

Umm...
Spank her on bare bottom with a hair brush? That's a nice idea, ain't it? But be gentle, you intend to bend, not break! There are some lessons she ought to have learnt at her mother's knees.

its hard for people to change. If you don't like her ways and they are going to bug you, then maybe you shouldn't stay with this girl as she is only going to disappoint you.
