Yes. I notice that wooly furry dogs sneeze more frequently than the smooth sleek dogs. ALERT: smushed nose dogs like pugs and bull dogs sneeze more mucousy sneezes..

Sure do and sometimes when it turns out to be a strong sneeze the poor dog might smack his or hers nose on the ground causing it to bleed.. don't worry about the nose but you may want to put some ice wrapped in a paper towel to slow the bledding and clean up their snot.
