Yep, it means "come on". It can be spelt "Cha'mon" "Sha'mone" "Cha'mone" "Sha'mon" etc etc etc - And to all those people writing the "correct spelling" the reason why there are variations with its spelling is because IT'S NOT A REAL WORD(!). Although it's best known as a Michael Jackson word, it was actually used by a few groups long before Michael started singing it, for example the Staples Singers in the 60s and 70s.
