Never. Apple has a tradition of making inferior software.

Leopard is coming this spring, but a date has not been announced. The existence of iLife 07 or a new version of .Mac has not even been mentioned, much less been given a release date. If it isn't on Apple's website, you can be awfully sure that no one knows.
