first the inc eat you a live, then after you get to where the car to be tow, you pice the car up, 70,per cent of the time you got to store the car, an in some cases, you wait to be pay,,,,but man are women can do it,,i seen a few women doing it, an realy the truck does the work,,,,, you are just as good as a man,,,,if you be working for some one else, you be pay, not matture what,, it some time hard work, but in most cases, ,it a brezze

I dated a tow truck driver when I was in high school, used to go out on tows with him. He showed me how to operate the truck, it's really quite simple and you don't need to be muscled up to do it. But, as someone else mentioned, you get calls late at night sometimes, middle of nowhere. If that creeps you out, might consider another field of work. Everyone we met when he got a call though, they were looking at us like we were their new best friends. I thought it was fun.
I think someone above me has tow truck driver confused with repo man. The tow truck driver is the guy who bails you out when you're stranded on the side of the road with a broke down car.

I would find another job to take. It doesnt pay very well, and it can put you in dangerous positions and areas. Example. Towing a car off the freeway at night.

Could require a fair bit of upper body strength but you might be able to handle it. Plenty of women driving trucks otherwise.

tow truck drivers are scavengers.the scum of the earth.its not for everybody,if you have scruples dont get into it.i imagine alot of drivers get beatings.rightfully so.
