Eat healthy and not junk food only when u r hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No Solid/Liquid in between except water. Chew each morsel of food 32 times and see the beneficial effect it has on u. U get clear message to stop further eating.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
This will enable u to achieve the ideal weight in a reasonable time.

Obviously....even if you eat healthy or starve yourself the other four days. How about some moderation? Or change "pig out" into a few of your favorite foods 3 (cough1or2cough) days a week? There's no easy way to weight loss, unless you want further complications from surgery or weight loss pills with potentially dangerous side effects.

yes you will. Ever notice how crappy your body feels after you pig out. Its a bad habbit to get into. Unless your trying to gain weight.
