problem is i dont really know much about her, but i know her if that makes sence. anyways, i wont to ask her out but another problem is i rarely see her. ideas?

When you see her walk up to her and say....
"Wow, nice to see you again. I really liked the last time we talked, your an interesting person... Can I have your phone number? "

You might be feeling a spiritual connection with this person. Ask her more about herself and tell her something about yourself through email. Take some time to get to know her and see how it goes. If you still feel the connection than maybe you could ask her if she wants to get together for coffee or lunch.

Well yeah that is a problem if you don't see her. You need to try to find out where she hangs etc and get yourself over there ! Make small simple conversations and see what that leads to. Also, if your friends know her friends, or there's ANY link whatsover, go for it .
