2 dates??? LOL
Na, really... Probably at least 4 months if you are seeing each other quite a lot... I've known people to get married after only a year and a half.......

Well, I have been going out with my boyfriend for 10 years, and I never received a promise ring. I did wear his class ring in high school, though. I just got my engagement ring a few months ago :) It isn't required that he get you a promise ring. If you want one though, just ask him if that is something he would be willing to do. Also, you could get him one too, why not? Good luck to you, and let me know if this helps!

Is a promise ring the same thing as an engagement ring? Years ago, I bought my ex-girlfriend a non-engagement-engagement ring. It was yellow gold with encrusted diamonds surrounding her birth stone (emerald). I loved her, but had no intention of marrying her. What does that constitute?

Dear, Rings do not matter, What matters is the relation working or not? are you understanding each other or not?
when things are smoothly, then when he feels like to settle down with you, then automatically rings will come

as long as you are not ready to attend marriage rehearsal, take all the prescription while carrying a child in your womb, carry the hardships-that you and your baby are at risk- and the pains while delivering, capable of raising a child and work for the lasting promise of that MARRIAGE wherein you are bonded by the LOVE of GOD!
