I click user accounts it enter but the other user accounts I find again It opens a window with a blank page !

Try Start > Run:
control userpasswords
If this still gives you problems, check that certain user accounts are disabled by going to Start > Run:
control userpasswords2

consumer Account working from the administration panel??? is that this a homestead windows account you're speaking approximately? is what i understand your question by way of fact this seems no longer from yahoo. am i good or incorrect? if yahoo, then it shouldn't come from the administration panel, nevertheless. yet in view which you're speaking of administration panel, then this is homestead windows consumer money owed. yet i want your extra information so possibly we (i) can help approximately it.

i've never seen that one before but you might try a different method.
Right click 'my computer' and select "manage"....then scroll down to users & groups.
I suspect your user accts are not corrupted or you would have all kinds of problems just logging into windows.

boot from XP Cd and run the xp restore option...
