U can control UR anger by first listening to what others say & then reacting as sometimes we might be wrong & ofcourse sitution can be handeld properly & there won't be any misunderstanding.Also, one can count 10 to 1 in mind & if very angry than by counting 100 to 1.The main purpose of this is that the sitution does not go out of control.

We experience Anger when our expectations are not met.

1. Children dont perform our expectations
2. Auto over charges
3. Goverment cuts power all the time
4. Angry with ourselves when we dont do what we want to do
5. Angry because things dont always happen your way

So instead of telling yourself not to be angry
Identify WHAT makes you angry and the resolve it

1. Are you angry because you want your spouse to help around the house and that doesnt happen?
=Why do you have that expectation? If it is necessary, then take steps to solve it
-It is not worth it by doing all the work and then getting angry about it all the time.

2. Are you angry because nothing is happening your way?
-Well, think about all the times when you did not listen to others but did exactly what you wanted to do. Others have the right to be that way

3. Angry at work?
-HMMM...... either work better / improve relationship with others around you.. and look for gaps that can be filled

be positive and optimist in every thing. accept what ever comes in u r way. why should u get angry. when others may not accept u r version. why others have to accept u r version. others willhave a point of view to present. u should not expect that others will always lay red carpet for u. u try to understand others ad others will try to understand. if u r that much angry wipe out that thing/event from u r mind. then u will be alright. or when u get angry count 50 numbers from 1to 50 or untill u come to normal position.nobody likes angry persons u will distant from every body after sometime. try to understand and reduce u r angry. but don't angry on me for giving these suggestions. all the best..

Hurt yourself. You will feel the pain. Now think of the same to other people who get hurted because of your anger. Keep yourself cool and calm. If this doesn't work try listening to some melodious songs

Take a deep breath and walk out or away from the scene. Learn to be patient and humble. Revisit the issue when you've calmed down. Learn to look at things in a different perspective.

you can never be rational if ur angry so its best to just walk away .. lock urselfup.. or take a walk and dont be in contact with anyone watsoever cause you're gonna end up lashin out at em for no reason... sand will regret it later.... hey just come on here and yahoo answers will help :P on a more serious note id advice to just get away from the person ur ppl ur mad at for a day or two till ur ready to confront em and clear out the air.... and dont they always say......... be the bigger person !! so stay calm cool and collected till ur ready to face the ppl/person/situation in a rational n logical manner !

deep breaths. walk away from what is causing the anger. what ever you do, dont keep it bottled up cuz when the bottle gets full, it blows up and it will probably be over the stupidest thing with someone you really care about.

walk away from the situations or persons who make you angry but for time being until your anger cools down and then once it cools tackle that problem thorughly so next time you wont have to manage your anger for same problem and give extra relief to your head
