well, you dont just want to fatten up, thats not good for you. you want to eat a healthy diet and exerise. this consists of a well balanced diet dirived of a balance betwen good carbs, such as whole wheat and grains, vegetables, fruits, and protien. the protien will help with you if you try to bulk up. just be sure that if you eat a LOT of protien to help bulk up, that you take one week to 'pig out' so that you flush out the toxins that will get built up in your system. when i say 'pig out' i mean eat some junk food and stuff like that. remember that muscle weighs more then fat, so bulking up would be a better way of gaining weight, if thats what you really want. just stay away from sugar and carbs like white bread and pastas, etc. a good diet to go by for every day living is the south beach diet, and for just bulking up is the atkins diet. i dont suggest staying on the atkins diet for a while, just for building muscle. so i suggest that you do a combination of a well balanced diet along with exercise, like weight trainging and the like, if you want to gain weight.

Eat healthy and not junk food only when u r hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No Solid/Liquid in between except water. Chew each morsel of food 32 times and see the beneficial effect it has on u. U get clear message to stop further eating.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
This will enable u to achieve the ideal weight in a reasonable time.

You've got to put more calories into your system. In a couple years, your metabolism may slow down a little, so you may not need to worry about feeling too skinny later down the road if you start eating more. I'm actually working to gain some weight myself, because I've always been underweight, and it seems to be working for me. Just take in some more calories, and be sure to stay active as you start gaining. Good luck.

I would say have lots of grain and, if you aren't a vegetarian, lots of beef. Beef is the meat product with the most fat in it, unless you want to get into some weird foods... Also, you could have hyperthyroidism where the thyroid gland is overly active causing your metabolism to be to great. Try, so you don't gain too much wait, having several small meals a day. Or you could just eat lots of chocolate ;)

Adding or loosing weight needs right diet, exercise and time.
Diet to put on weight . Eat
- lots of fresh fruit and cream or icecream
- dry fruits - eat 50gms at every meal in different ways, snack on them too
- meat - avoid junk food, but eat good portions of chicken, fish
Exercise :
- Do it light just to increase your blood circulation and get you hungry, like yoga, cycling. No jogging, swimming.
- Sleep early.
Every week you are going to gain some weight. Try eating different kinds of things so that you dont get bored.
Gain weight the healthy way. Dont binge on junk food.
Most importantly, love yourself the way you are and encourage yourself to become what you want to be.

well for starters i don't think you want to gain fat just more body mass. ;p
you can drink protein shakes like ensure plus or boost plus. or try the protein powders from the GNC store( they are expensive).
You can eat protein bars as well. the heart of the matter is you need to consume more that 2,000 calories on a daily basis & you will definitely see the weight coming on.but if you have a high metabolism you can lose it just as fast as you got it

I think you should try exercise. I know this might sound weird but exercise can help you built muscles and therefore you will look bigger. By exercise I mean mostly lifting weights or anything that strengthens your muscles like yoga or pilates.
