At this point it means neither. If discharged with prejudice it means the facts have been reviewed and you are not guilty and no further charges may be brought against you. If discharged without prejudice, the facts have been reviewed and you will not be charged at this time for the crime, however, when additional information is received, you may be charged at a later date.
