Was the child born in the US? If yes, then the child is a citizen. If not, was the child a minor at the time the parents naturalized? Then yes.
There are other conditions relating to adoptio, as well, that affect citizenship.

There are really a variety of conditions that affect whether or not the child is or isn't automatically a citizen.

If you mean he was born here after you naturalized, the answer is yes and will be considered a native born citizen.

If you mean he was your son while you naturalized, yes but children of naturalized U.S. citizens generally become citizens automatically, though they will also not be considered natural-born. Look here:

I can't believe all the bad answers.

In order to answer your question I need to know:

1. What was the child's age at the time the parents became US citizens?

2. Was the child a permenant resident (Green Card holder) of the United States at the time the parents became citizens?

Assuming the son you speak of was born outside the USA the answer is it depends. I was born overseas to a alien father. The law is that your sponsor(father) would have to have established residency within the USA more than 10 years before your birth. If its less than 10 years , then you cannot automatically claim status from him . He may still sponsor you (as long as you entered the USA legally) .

In my opinion just because someone gets pregnant on U.S. soil that does not make the seed formed on hits soil part of this soil. This question will always have great debate. We don't make the rules we just try to adhere to the ones set in place.
