Don't know, contact an attorney - there used to be a statewide hotline for women out of Austin,

or contact Local Bar Association for referrals

By any Law if both parents share custody of the child and one parent removes the child from the state let alone a country, it is considered kidnapping.

From what i understand of the law is that if both parents have custody and one moves the child can go with that parent but that parent has to make sure that the child still gets to see the other parent in otherword if i move to louisiana and my husband lives in texas then the child can move with me but it is my responsiblity to make sure my child gets to his dad when it is his time to have him. you might also need to figure out how to change the visitation to fit .

Yes, to my knowledge the child cannot leave the state without the other parent knowing. Contact an attorney immediately before he goes too far.

depends if they are married and living together, it may not be normally these are only issues if they are married/ seperated or divorce with custody agreement ect.
if they are married and living together he needs to see a good lawyer as there are not a lot of defined laws, but plenty to work with.

yes, especially if both have custody. I think it might be a form of custodial kidnapping.
