Tiny little chip in human brain that enable u to 'see' what the 'human' thinks & see like those seen in the movie Robot Cop.

We are actually able to implant a hearing device already and there is work on visual devices. The resolution achieved is quite low so far, but human nervous system - electronic interfaces are being experimented with at the moment.

The technology so far allows people to implant chips into brains. This chip allows you to control machines that have special transmitters on them. But not like Robo Cop or I Robot or Terminator style.

Yes.

We aren't quite up to building a "Robo Cop" yet, but that's partly because society isn't ready for it and they'd need a willing subject to test on. That raises a lot of ethical issues.

No. Not to that extent. But stem cells are going to soon cure recalcitrant diseases.
