Oh goodness this is one of the great unknowns.
If you just counted the stars in the Milky way you would reach approx 4 billion with a 50% room for error!!!! and then multiply that to the number of galaxies in the universe.
Scientists have no Idea how many galaxies there are and so cannot even Guess.
Nasa says there are zillions of uncountable stars.

I have been interested in Astronomy since I was little but never got a telescope or anything. I didnt pay attention until I joined the army and got to use my first set of night vision goggles for a night fire excercise. I could see maybe 200 stars, when I put the PVS-7s on I could see thousands, it blew my mind. Needless to say I probably wasnt hitting anything as I emptied magazines while I stared straight up in the sky. So I guess how many stars in the sky depends on how you're looking.

No one has an accurate count of the total number of stars.
But you can look at the Hubble Ultra Deep Field photograph (link attached) and realize that it covers a patch of sky the size of a grain of sand held at arm's length.
It contains about 10,000 galaxies. Each of which contains an average of about 10,000,000,000 stars...So, that one tiny grain of sand sized patch of sky has 100,000,000,000,000 stars - one hundred trillion stars.
If you want to know how many stars you can SEE at night, well that depends upon how dark it is...But for a nice dark night away from city lights, you're looking at about 2,000.
I know you were asking a silly question, so I thought the silliest possible answer would be a serious one...

All the stars are in the sky. Except for those falling stars that have fallen.
And Milky Way. That is in the candy department at Winn Dixie, 7-11 and other fine stores nationwide

14, 279, 236, 445, 346 - but only when you look up from this earth at all points of the earth's surface.
However, some stars are in fact other planets.
