I think so. I believe that many believers outwardly enjoy the thought of people agonizing and burning, because it gives you the satisfaction of feeling superior or right. Some of you though, I think do it privately just to be PC.

I am a believer who has no pleasure in another's agony and no need to feel superior or better than others. I am not right by virtue of someone else's wrongs because it isn't a zero-sum game. If you know believers who are like that, I would question what it is that they believe. To answer the question though, I would prefer that there were no Hell, but its existence is out of my control.

I do not think, I know!! Believers as you call them are oddly very evil. Yes they do feel superior that they are saved as they call it and we are not. How pitiful we are and how they just feel so sorry for the rest of us. It is really sad how deep their evil really goes. Even the ones that are not aware of it and are like that subconsciously, but deep down they feel good. They come to you with the same broken record, Jesus spilt his blood for my sins and blah blah blah. He never gave anything, when he couldn't provide magic for the people's amusement, they had him killed because he could not prove their ignorance any longer. Nobody would die for anyone. He got himself involved with something that he could no longer turn around. Anyway enough of this, there is no ending to this!

Y'know, I dont believe in either. I think THIS could be heaven or hell - it depends on the attitude with which we approach life.

i personally enjoy daydreaming of being in heaven...and i also daydream about that annoying, anorexic c*nt of a co-worker of mine burning in hell. oh wait, she can't possibly suffer in hell---she's the devil.

I don't want or need hell.
Those who choose to reject forgiveness of sin by the shedding of Jesus' blood on the cross are choosing hell.
Hell isn't PC.
