Im a 20 year old from Toronto Canada and I'm getting pretty fed up with this weather and pretty bored with what I'm doing here. I just want to go to one of these islands and adventure for a bit (living for as long as i can doing odd jobs or whatever). I dont really plan to get citizenship or anything.

Immigration laws down here have gotten much stiffer with the onset of Cricket World Cup. It is not likely to ease afterward but its not that difficult to get into any Caribbean island.
Don't go to Jamaica... crime is high and the economy not so good.
Consider Trinidad... they might have rising crime but their economy pretty darn good.
Barbados is too expensive.
Is like you work and just spend all the money you make just keeping your living.
The beaches are great but you're coming to play truant so you could get fed up of the tourist life.
Then there's Tobago...
A sister isle to Trinidad... very very laid back... not as much bustle as Trinidad and you can take the ferry from there to Trinidad without immigration worries whenever you feel like you want some hectic party night life.
Many of the islands in the Caribbean though are heavily tourism oriented so you might want to choose one with a good balance in the economy...
Good luck

Not a terribly bright idea as if you get caught you may be liming behind bars and believe me, in the Caribbean they do not have golf courses for the inmates like they do in Canada. Get a passport and come using the proper red tape.
