I'm guessing you mean theatre director. In my opinion, any decent program that is at a school located in a city with an active theatre community. You'll learn at least as much outside of school as in it.

North Carolina School of the Arts, it is in the top 4 film schools in North America.

New York School of Performing arts..
but there's no point studying unless you fool around with making movies at home..
learn everything about the equipments, lighting&exposure, editing, writing, acting....read books, get ideas..most importantly get ideas...
The school is the last place you go to get a job, life is the first place you learn.
