If you car is in good operating condition (i.e. everything works fine) and you do not break any driving law, there is very low probabilty of you being pulled over.

Basically all you can do is check your vehicle and make sure everything a policeman can see works properly. Tail lights, brake lights, License plate illumination light, headlights and nothing obscuring your license plate. Obey the law. Don't tail gate " use the 3 second rule to judge your distance behind the vehicle in front of you. Don't speed, make illegal lane changes. Signal when you intend changing lanes and turning. Just try and do all the right things, but when it is all said and done if a cop wants to stop you he will find a reason even if he has to make one up... Have a nice trip...

Once you're on the highway set the cruise control at the posted speed limit. Drive straight, don't weave in the lane. If you have to pass, do it safely. Use your turn signals when you change lanes. Don't use a cell phone while you're driving. And obviously, don't drink alcohol. Follow the rules of he road and you'll be fine.

i drive at night...mostly nothing out there but "professional" drivers...the truckers...but that is not a 100% area..less traffic..easier to negotiate the big cities...do not speed...most tickets are for 7 miles over the limit...stay around 5 miles over.....you will be ok ... make sure you have insurance papers...ect...keeps them happy if they do pull you over......good luck and have a nice trip

Drive an invisible car or put a bunch of ACLU stickers on your bumper.

Here is a news flash for you!!! COPS are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so my best advice is to not be doing anything to be stopped for and the COPS won't be looking for a reason to stop you. You sound mighty paranoid!!!
