Chicken and vegetable meat loaf recipes please?

looking for a recipe using chicken mince and vegetables to make into a meat loaf to feed fussy little eaters - thanks

I have just used the same recipe I used with other meat with good results. I've always tended to use high moisture veg like bell pepper and zucchini though. For a glaze I like some soy sauce mixed with a little melted butter. Good luck.
