ja-tu-jak market, but do not ask me what section! it is too big to remember.
just walk around the market, you will find it! ton of scrap book over there.

Just wondering what do you mean by scrapbooking stuff? What exactly are you looking for? If you are looking for albums to make scapbook with, there are book shops in the department stores like Mah Boonkhrong, all the Central Department stores, Big C, Lotus Supermarts etc. There will be a stationery section where you can look for materials to make your scrapbook.
I had been to Chatuchak Plaza, next to Chatuchak Wekend Market and there are some arts shops there which I believe can turn out some nice designs for your scrapbook too. You can inquire about their artistic services there. They are good artists, with their works displayed around their shops.
Chatuchak Plaza is open daily, unlike the weekend market.
Have a browse at the bookshops and the plaza.

you can to Sunday market JATO JACK. find there.this market open Saturday and Sunday only ,,,, and very big..... you can find ,but may be you tired because its too big,,,,,,
