I like SuperBook. I wouldn't use them for the casino though. It kinda seems rigged. Great for sports betting.

http://www.betfair.com
You have the option to back and lay there. Lay means you lay something not to happen. You can lay draw in a football match which is very useful. Also they offer the best odds from all bookies. They are also casino, poker and games and there are over 1 million active users.
If you register there use this code ANGMRGLHE for 30 euro bonus after you reach 50 betfair points and more bonuses depending on your betting activity later.

There are quite a few and each one claims they are the biggest or the best. One of the better information sites, www.online-gambling-made-easy offers some good info on what to expect from sportsbooks and casinos and how not to get screwed on their bonus systems. I try to go with the sportsbook that has the best horse racing track graphics.

PinnacleSports.com is great if you don't live in the United States.
Bodog, TheGreek, and WSEX are all great and are currently serving U.S. customers.
Good luck.
