I have had fibromyalgia for a few years, and really can't remember what it feels like to feel "good." I was searching for treatments and saw that accupucture might help. Has anyone had successful treatment with accupuncture? Or any other remidies for that matter. Thanks!

I really feel for you, i know how it feels to not remember what it feels like to feel good-as i went thru that.
I have heard also that acupunture helps and i believe it may but i didnt do it so cant say, i will tell you that if you ae not taking magnesium already than you should try it -it couldnt hurt-that is the only thing that got me to where i could actually get thru the days without taking pain pill after pain pill-you have to take it steady though even though you may not think its helping keep right on with it, but it needs to be 1400mg.i never thought i would ever feel better but i do, not better as in healed but actually not miserable and always in horrible pain

Fibromyalgia can be difficult to treat, and a combination of treatments may be necessary to control your symptoms. If you're having trouble finding relief for your Fibromyalgia pain, it may be worth trying acupuncture. But if your symptoms don't begin to improve within a few weeks, acupuncture may not be the right treatment for you.
