Try pressing on your neck near the back of your ear. That makes mine go away only temporarily.

Go to an Audiologist or an Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctor. Only they can tell you what it is for sure.

My doctor is great but when I have any problems having to do with my ears, I go to the Ear Nose and Throat Dr. because I dont like to mess around with all that. Im very scared of losing my hearing cause it runs in my family.

you may have an inner ear infection even if you don't have any signs, some drugs can cause ringing in the ears too, you need to see your doctor and explain what is going on

i once had really bad ear pain and ringing and teh doctor gave me some kind of drops that numbed everything and it eventually healed, but my was caused by an ear infection so maybe you are having a superinfection? (infection that occurs while treating another infection)
