i was recently diagnosed and am not stabilized on my meds. i am seperated from my husband and he is pressuring me to sign legal documents re: the sale of our house. i can not focus or understand these documents due to diagnosis. he claims that we will be sued if not signed by a certain date. i need to know my legal rights. can i be sued also, i need to be stabilized on my medication before i can comprehend these documents. any help would be greatly appreciated. adhd is driving me crazy, can't drive yet, my mind is just all over the place. very scary and crazy making and any pressure just makes symptoms really bad, took me a long time just to be able to write this .i need help badly for this. anything will help right now

Sounds like you really need legal advice. Frankly, if i were you, I would not have anything to do with him unless I had a lawyer. If you are being treated for ADHD, the medication should kick in pretty fast. It is a medication that works now, doesn't need to build up in your system.

Consult with a lawyer now! They can look over the papers and see if things need signed, what they are, etc. and advice you on what rout you need to take. Good luck.
