On the Form I- 751 it asks to send copies of documents showing that the marriage was entered in "good faith", and it mentions Birth Certificates of children born to the marriage, lease or mortgage contracts, joint bank accounts, tax returns, insurance, utility bills, loans and OTHER DOCUMENTS that you consider relevant to establish that your marriage was not entered into in order to evade the U.S. inmigration laws.

What "other documents" could there be?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, I know it's long!

The attorney who handles our case suggested things like credit card bills that had both our names on them, gym memberships or warehouse club memberships that have both names on them, documents adding each other to health insurance, life insurance documents, things like that. Membership in clubs or religious organizations work too. Basically, anything that shows that you're lives are totally intertwined.

We submitted a credit card bill that had both names on it, and some stuff from when we bought our house, and health insurance cards with both names on it, and a statement from a bank account. (My husband's case is still pending, we just sent our stuff to the attorney recently, and so, I don't know whether it's sufficient or we need more.)

This can be ANY other documents that show the names of both of you on it. Usually, joint bank accounts, mortgage, and tax returns are enough.

Travel documents, tickets, greeting cards from other family members where your names are mentioned, hotel receipts with both names, photos of you together, especially on family reunions and similar, e-mails from family members address to both of you... It can go on and on. Any items from your everyday life which shows that you are together.
