im in high school as well and im in peer counseling but from what i've learned if anything its best to sit down and talk about each others problems but when you do talk to him dont say i hate it when you do this instead say when you do this it makes me feel like this.

ex. whenever you act like a dick it really hurts me

if he cares he would do his best to change also compliment him whenever he does something right let him know just how much you appreciate it and he'll really love you for it.

and now heres something you may not want to hear most relationships end after 2 years and if your relationship just isnt working out you can leave him it may seem impossible but your still young and have alot of your life ahead of you

whatever you descide best of luck with it

Ask him what is going on in his life. It might be that he is struggling with something. But remember it is very hard for some guys to open up so don't be pushy. If he says nothing then drop it and try to do things that make him happy and forget about his problems. About the fighting.....If something that usually starts a fight comes up just drop it. Don't let the little things bother you and start a fight. My husband and I used to fight alot before we got married and the begining of our marriage. We realized that it was petty thing that we were argueing about so when something that the other did that would bother us we would try to forget it or change the subject. Also tone of voice, body language and hurtful things cause fights. If all else fails maybe it's not ment for you and him to be together. You two are sooooo young. You probably think you are so in love and you might want to marry him. Which might happen but you also have a whole life ahead of you and many hot, hot guys in this world. I was in love in high school and thought that I was going to marry the guy but when I started thinking long term was he really the guy for me, do I like his personality and such, he ended up not being right for me after all no matter how much I loved him and we broke up. I am so glad we did too or I would never have been as happy as I am with my husband and son. Just try to work things out and communicate then go from there. Remember, Everything happens for a reason.

I think you guys are running out of Patience's for each other, so you just fight... When you guys first dated, you don't fight as much because you put up with one another.... I guess the best thing is to maybe take a break and see how things go... Maybe you'll appreciate each other more by taking this break... Well good luck .. oh by the way, love hurts..

Its probably because you guys have been fighting recently. Figure out why you guys are fighting and try and resolve this issue first. Usually when people fight a lot they tend to be less affectionate with each other. The issue has to do with your fights...

Try less fighting (let some battles go) and be nice to him. Its an idea that gets lost in some long-term relationships. Bake him a cake and be easygoing for a while.
