RESPECTED SIR ,
THE RESPECTIVE COMPANIES NEEDS EXPERIENCE CANDIDATE THIS IS WRIGHT.THE PEOPLE WHO ARE FRESHER THEY WILL GET THE JOB ON THE BASIS OF THERE DEGREE.AND THIS IS NOT HAPPEN AT EVERY PLACE THAT ONLY EXPERIENCE IS WANTED SOMETIMES THEY GAVE THE JOBS TO MORE QUALIFIED PERSON.
THIS IS MY OPINION.

There are many companies who look for freshers and fresh hands as trainees.

Companies want the person with the most experience but they don't want to pay for that experience.

That is the problem. Innovation required fresh mind not experienced mind. But nothing can be done about it.
