For me, I can usually get turned on thinking about sex or about a really hot chick or guy or by watching porn when I'm alone. And when I'm with my fiance, him touching me and kissing me turns me on.
And I don't really know how to describe what it feels like. Just a desire, I guess. If you've never been horny before, it'd be hard to understand.
