None of them, all are variations of the same mythology.

God loves you! It's that simple. There is nothing in this world that you can do to make Him stop loving you. Now to the details of life. Try a few churches out, pray about it, see which one you feel you can connect spiritually with in the songs or you feel the spirit is talking directly to you. Read the Bible and pray. Don't think too logically just do it with an open heart to God and the Holy Spirit will come in when you ask. God Bless I'll pray for you.

Jesus Christ is a person. Your relationship is with Him. The "religious name above the door" is for you to reference the type of training and fellowship you will receive concerning Christ within those doors. Christ is the main thing - the religion you choose should help you get to know Him better, become more like Him, believe and teach the full Gospel of His Written Word, and have people who can lift you up in prayer and mentor you in your walk with Him. But never lose sight of the fact that Jesus is a living person that wants to have a real and personal relationship with you.

None of them are true - they are delusions.

You cant trust Jesus because he was just a man and he died 2000 years ago. He was a great teacher though.

The christians always say "Some day God himself will put a stop to it" Its been over 2000 years and "someday" still has not yet arrived.

Look up the history. The protestant churches all came out of the Catholic church because they protested against the Catholic church in some form. Lutherens broke off because they didn't believe in infant baptism. However there are some religions that people believe are protestants and they are not. Baptists formerly known as Ana-baptists completely stood at the time of Christ as His followers. They got their name from the catholic church (Ana meaning against and Baptist meaning against the Catholic infant baptism ) over history the ana-baptists dropped the ana and are now Baptists. Most do not even know their own history. Then you have other "so called" Christian denominations that do not even believe that Jesus was the Son of God, like LDS, RLDS, JW's, etc. How can they even be considered part of the Christian realm? Study before you choose, there are many false teachers. Seek and ye shall find.

I went through the same process before and all I can say is...

Keep searching, and you'll find the truth.
Keep waiting, and you'll know when it's time.
Keep trying, and you'll be okay.

One thing: even when you feel like you do trust and believe, don't slack! Life's a journey full of trials, and winning one doesn't mean there aren't any others down the road.

Keep your head up and hang on!

Go to a bible based church, not a religious one.
There is alot of difference between religion & Christianity.
It is a sinful world that we live in.
John 10;10 The devil comes only to steal, kill & destroy, but I have come that you may have Life & have it in abundance.
Satan is trying to steal your faith & confuse you.

God is not the author of confusion.

Just say a simple prayer to our heavenly father, in the name of Jesus & he will guide you.

The Word of God says that you must be 'Born Again',
born of Spirit (the Holy Spirit) & of Water (baptised just like Jesus was, full emersion, with understanding of what your doing).

Darl if ever you are not sure about what you are being taught,
always refer back to the Bible.
If things don't add up then or it isn't in thier, don't listen to it!
Myself & I'm sure other true Christians on here will pray for you. 'Shalom,Shalom.'

For the most part all the denominations get the basics right. Christ was born, Christ died, Christ rose again, etc (all that good Apostle's Creed stuff). That's the important stuff. The rest is icing on the cake, prayers in english or prayers in Latin, music or acapella, icons or no. Some people make a very big deal about it, I'm inclined to think that as long as you get the important basics right (Apostles / Nicene Creed) then the fluff around it doesn't matter much.

The wonderful thing about Christianity is that we, as Christians, can endure these schisms in dogma but still be unified as believers in Christ. I don't think there is one 'true' way. I prefer the Catholic Church, but I tried the Church of Christ, the Baptist Church, the Lutheran Church, and the Mennonite Church. Don't be afraid to sample a variety. Go to the church you enjoy the most.

sweet person, how precious you are to Him!
Why should you trust Him?
Trust HIm for He is the ONLY hope you have in this world. Trust Im for He is none other then God, your Creator. Trust HIm because He loved you so much that He gave HImself as a rasom in your place.
Trust HIm for He is the Truth, the Way and Life! Trust HIm becasue He has reconciled you with God, Almighty.

Do not belong to a church or a denomination, they are as fickle a man. Rather belong to God in Christ Jesus. It is not about belonging to a church, that is irrelevant. What is relevant is that you should have a personal and intimate relationship with God in Christ. That is what matters, for then all else falls in to place. Then you will join a group of believers not for merely satisfyig man's idea of spirituality, but because it is what the Word teaches.
Also, if you have found Christ, do not just join any group, for false teachers and teacnings are everywhere. Ask God to lead you to a group of believers whose faith is centred upon HIs Son Christ and his finished work on the Cross of Calvary. This group will in essence be Bible-based: living this Word daily.
I ask God to draw you to Jesus and may you also come to experience the sweetness of being HIs child and live in the joy of his presence - daily.
God bless you.

You don't need religion. You need the Word of God.
Start reading the Bible. Start with the Gospel of John. Then read the other Gospels. Then read Acts through to the end of the Bible. Read Genesis. Read Psalms and Proverbs. Then re-read the New Testament again and work your way into the books.
And remember to follow the advise of Mary, the Mother of Jesus: "Whatever He says to you, do it." (John 2:5)
