The award was one of NMSR's (New Mexicans for Science and reason) anual best and worst awards. "The "you can stop freaking us out any time now" Award goes to the Bush Administration for demanding political "reviews" of U.S. Geological Survey reports, for shuttingdown vital science libraries, for letting Karl Rove misrepresent stem cell research and much, much more". All the answers were good but I'll pick the one that was the most thorough.

Passed the most unconstitutional Act in US History, which attacks the constitution! The Military Commissions Act of 2006 award!
The Bush-Nazi tossed his "goddamned piece of paper" (referring to the US Constitution) Award!
