Hi there,

I'm a clinical hypnotist and do a lot of work with people for weight loss.

From my experience with my clients hypnosis is excellent when it comes to weight loss and if you actually want to lose weight is a very powerful tool to make it happen.

I personally am skeptical about weight loss seminars like this one you are mentioning, though people do get results, but again, only if they actually want to lose weight.

I would recommend a one to one session or use a hypnosis audio program such as something like http://musicforchange.com/cms/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7 or http://musicforchange.com/cms/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=25

However, if you have the $70 to spare and are willing to go along with an open mind then I'd recommend it. The seminar will probably involve a bit of talk about weight loss and then a group hypnosis session. Check out the credentials of the hypnotist to make yourself more comfortable with it.

In summary. Hypnosis does work to help with weight loss providing you actually want to get rid of weight.

All the best to you

Jason

Didn't use it for weight loss but I did to stop smoking and it worked, but you have to want it to work, nothing will help if your closed minded.

It's a hoax for sure.

Diet + Exercise... honestly you can't go wrong.

Plus, those that can't commit to the above are either lazy or unmotivated, which is why they are the way they are in the first place!

You can't cut corners with your health... it's not worth risking. I can't for the life of me understand why so many people do, it's horrific!
