my friend thinnks it's weird that even though i have a laptop, i prefer to study/do papers in the computer lab... it's bc i concentrate better in the lab

You are entitled to go wherever is most conducive for your study time. You have a responsibility to yourself to do well in your studies, so go anywhere you feel is most helpful for your concentration.

there is nothing weird about it, its just the way you want to do things, people vary, were not all the same, what is weird is your friend trying to think that everyone is alike
