NO. It changes the absorption rate of the med in the body. I have heard of some people who were no longer allowed to consume grapefruit products (eat the fruit, drink the juice) while they were taking their meds. The doctor couldn't be sure how long the juice stayed in the body. Be careful.

The only thing you shouldn't take with medication is milk or soda. These drinks cause problems with the absorption of the medication.
