I personally start off with a good vanilla ice cream and then add a box of Whoppers malt balls and a ton of Hershey's syrup. Yummy!

Start off with 2 cups of cold milk, 4 very large scoops of ice cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 4 large teaspoons of Horlicks (Buy at grocery store). Put in blender for 1 minute. Add a banana and you are in heaven. If too thick, add more milk. Enjoy!
