You have asked him to leave, now you must tell him to leave. If he still refuses, call the authorities and have him and his items removed.

first off a true gentlemen would have asked you to move in with him not to move in with you. More than likely he had some problems where he was staying and you were his way out. If he goes to a bar instead of cherishing the time with you then he doesn't deserve you. If it is just you on the lease or deed you can have the police make him leave, but if he can be the violent type that can get ugly. If it is an apartment you may have to move. Just go to the property manager and turn in your thirty day notice and tell him something like your lease is up or they are kicking you out because he is not authorized to be there.

Tell him you are going to slash the tires on his car (If he has one) and put all his things in a pile and burn them if he doesn't leave. Tell him he owes you lots of money for food and rent, and anything else you can think of, if he does not leave. Get a hunk to come by and tell him your boyfriend is back in town. You might have to move yourself to get rid of him.

Give him a written 1 or 2 wk notice to get out, then change your locks! You will not feel guilty for giving him time.
That's more than he gave you.

Tell him seriously when hes not drunk. You can always try using some tough-looking guys to scare him away.

Yes, Anthony's correct. And if he doesn't leave, then YOU leave.

It's a hard lesson to learn, but I hope you DID learn from this! Next time, don't say 'I don't like the idea', say "NO!"

Good Luck!

Does he pay rent? If not, call the sheriff's office to put him out. Put his belongings out and change the locks if necessary. Don't take in amy more strays.

If your name is on the lease and his is not, throw him out. If he won't go, call the police and ask if they can escort him out. If you can't get rid of him, move. Chalk it up to experience.
