1) he gave me his phone to take home with me to take pic of myself

6) talks on the phone for hours at a time
7) smiles when other people ask us if we are going out

9) sits by me in all of my classes

I'd say 6 shows the most...but, put together, they all seem to say that he's digging you!

I guess number 3, he goes with you wherever you wanted to go.But take note,he might change later because goin to mall wasnt really fun for him.
8-eye contact also is a great signage,through eye person could tell or read someones mind,capable of easy communication.

If he is doing all that its time for one of you to go for the kiss, don't ya think? He's certainly attracted to you and certainly thinks a lot of you to spend that much time with you. Have you kissed his cheek? If not, do it and maybe he'll carry on from there. Someone better do something quickly or you'll end up strictly best friends. It can happen when things move too slowly.
